The simplest and most effective waterproof match case ever built. All our matchcases are fitted with a Suunto, liquid-dampened jeweled compass, and a unique tensioning lanyard. The press-fit stopper is held securely in place by the lanyard which provides a positive lock but allows quick and easy access to the contents. These premium matchcases sport a double o-ring stopper and all matchcases have an interior striking surface, providing a dry place for strike-anywhere matches(picture and matchcase review). All matchcases are guaranteed to be waterproof to 2000 psi pressure. We guarantee your total satisfaction or offer a replacement or refund, your choice. Every individual matchcase is hand turned, hand fitted and hand assembled to insure a quality product you can pass on to future generations. Each matchcase is supplied with a spare lanyard, a pair of spare o-rings, and a protective compass cover. Standard length cases are 3 7/8 inches (99mm)long including the base button. Our matchcase is designed to contain strike-anywhere matches that are 2 3/8 inch (58mm)long.

Matchcase long cases are 4 1/4 inches (108mm) long including the base button. They are designed to carry the REI (Recreational Equipment Incorporated) StormProof strike on Matchbox which is 2 7/8 inches (70mm) long. Brass standard cases weigh 2.2 oz (62g). Standard aluminum cases weigh 1.0 oz (28g). Note: types of matches that work with Long and Standard Matchcases.
